Sessions are tailored to address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, boundaries/people pleasing, relationship repair, childhood adversities (trauma), addictions and non-suicidal self-injury. Together, we explore your unique experiences and build effective coping strategies based on your strengths and personality.
